This letter is in regard to three of your employees, Daymon Burke, Joe Anguiano, and Ron Richardson.
Daymon came out on July 17 (the same day I called) and fully explained the entire process of putting in a new air conditioning and heating system. He reviewed with my significant other, Jon Keller, several different units that were available, what was best for my house, the pros and cons of each system, discussed prices and each one's dependability, warranties, etc. Jon was especially impressed with his knowledge and ability to communicate it to him in layman's terms.
After talking to Daymon myself, when he arrived at my house with his crew, I also felt this gentleman knew what he was talking about. Daymon periodically came to my house while his crew was working and was there when the job was finished to answer any questions I had, explain the warranty and the service agreement that was available. He also, along with his crew went through the house to check all my air vents to make sure they were in working order and even corrected several which were pointing in the wrong direction.
His crew, Joe and Ron were of equal knowledge. I would like to highly commend them for the outstanding job that they did. I was first impressed that they both introduced themselves to me prior to starting their job. They worked diligently until the job was completed. They left my house as they had found it... not any leftover materials scattered around or soiled carpets, etc. When talking to them about the possibility of "problems" after they had gone, they both assured me that "they would not have to come back for any problems" because the job had been done correctly. It has been several weeks now and they were correct, the job was done correctly (no leaks, funny noises, etc) I have not had any problems. I appreciated their confidence and honesty in their ability to do a good and thorough job.
Please relay this letter to all three of your employees. I would like them, along with you, to know how much I appreciate their dependability, performance and professionalism.
I have already recommended your company to several of my friends and hope if they use you, you will show them the same courtesy and professionalism you have shown me and send out a crew of equal ability and consideration. I have also sent a copy of this letter to TU Electric who originally recommended your company.
I have taken out the additional 10-year warranty and look forward to having you come out each year to service my air conditioning/heating unit.
